A Family at Heart.
Excellence in Practice.
We built SoaringHigh for one reason: to help children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy
More Than a Company — We're Family
SoaringHigh ABA is truly a family at its core.
Every person on our team—RBTs, BCBAs, operations, intake—shows up with purpose, passion, and genuine love for what they do. We've built a culture where people want to be here, where everyone supports each other, and where kindness and compassion guide every decision.
This isn't just a workplace; it's a community of people who care deeply, who listen, and who show up for the right reasons.
The World We're Building
We envision a world where every child with autism has access to the support they need to unlock their full potential.
At SoaringHigh, we're committed to providing personalized, evidence-based therapy that fosters growth, independence, and confidence—helping children and families soar to new heights together.
Why We Show Up
Every Day
To help children grow in a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment—while empowering families with the tools they need to thrive.
We're constantly growing, learning, and improving—not because it's required, but because our families deserve the absolute best. Whether it's providing additional training, offering constant clinical support, or building stronger systems behind the scenes, we are intentional about every step we take.
Excellence Isn't Optional
Clinically, SoaringHigh stands out in every way.
Our program is led by Clinical Director TJ Larum and supported by the expertise of Dr. Aabett Johnson—two leaders who ensure our clinical standards remain unmatched.
Every treatment plan is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based ABA. Our BCBAs and RBTs are deeply supported, actively coached, and fully invested in each child's growth.
We choose quality over quantity every single day—and you can feel that in the way our staff, families, and children speak about their experience.

I spent years working directly with clients and families, which gave me a deep understanding of the challenges they face and the kind of support that really makes a difference.
Now, with over 6.5 years in the field, I’ve transitioned into the administrative side, where I get to combine my love for organization with my passion for helping people. I’m here to make sure every family feels supported, heard, and cared for from the very beginning of their ABA journey.
Outside of work, you can usually find me out on a hiking trail, exploring local dog parks with my chocolate lab, or browsing a weekend farmer’s market. I believe in balance, connection, and always finding joy in the little things.

They're not just clocking in—they're growing, contributing, and making life-changing impact every single day. When people feel supported and connected to the mission, they stay. That consistency makes all the difference for your child.
